BG on TV
BG on TV is a BGSU campus student organization, presented by WBGU-TV, Bowling Green, Ohio’s local PBS affiliate. We were founded with the intent of creating quality student TV and film productions, using the studio and equipment used by professionals at WBGU-TV. Therefore, students have the amazing opportunity to work with these professionals firsthand, which in turn can lead to an impressive portfolio full of experience. If you’d like to check us out, please feel free to come to one of our weekly meetings, Tuesdays at 7pm, in the Bowen-Thompson Student Union, Room 316. We’d love to meet you!

About.
BG on TV, a student organization around for almost 10 years now at Bowling Green State University, has been providing students with quality experience at the professional level, working in media and production. In association with WBGU-TV, Bowling Green's local PBS affiliate, students have the wonderful opportunity to work with the professional staff, studio, and equipment right here at the station. With our motto being 'Produce. Edit. Create', we do exactly that; produce our own content, edit our productions, and viola, you created your very own masterpiece!

While most of the students in our organization are media production, VCT, and film majors, we also have many opportunities for those who aren't majoring in any media or film related programs. That being said, we've been noticing an increase in students of the broadcast journalism program join our org, so we've made available many more opportunities for those of that major to host their own show, co-host our staple 'BG on TV Presents' show, co-hosting for one of our in-development shows, 'A-Live!', and many more!
